At iDealG, we are committed to delivering premium quality leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photo/video) of the issue.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
